I am an IT Specialist and am new to supporting MAS 200. I have a user who is trying to print a sales order and is getting a error:
Unable to print. Failed to open a rowset. Details: S0000:[ProvideX][ODBC Driver] Unable to do ORDER BY
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Chris

The best solution often comes not from answering the question asked, but understanding WHY the question was asked.

Thanks for your help, yes I looked and the C: drive was almost full. Removed some files and it printed as expected.
