MAS has encountere d a problem error

This is MAS 4.3 version
User goes to Customer Inquiry/Invoices tab and opens an invoice in A/R Invoice History Inquiry.
User selects the print icon to print and gets the message "MAS has encountered a problem and need to close" We are sorry for the inconvience"
The error is inconsistent and does not happen all the time. Printers are online and working . Any ideas would be appreciated?

You see this when there are printer issues. Go to the Printer/Faxes in Windows and make sure that all the printers listed are phyically on the network and turned on. Delete any that are no longer valid.

We've been getting the same error message even with a brand new printer a Sharp DX-B350P for AP check printing get's the same error tryed every sharp driver same issue, we had to use a diffrent driver from Oce VarioLinlk 3550 but all the funcitionality of the made for drive is gone. not a happy customer ![]()
