After having our IT install our new terminal server (2008 R2), when we click on a module in MAS90 V4.3 it doesn't "pop up" instead a MAS90 icon shows up at the bottom of the page and we have to click on that to open a module window.

Welcome to the Sage Community Joanne. Couple of questions.  Have you discussed this with your reseller?  Under the Library Master, View there is a setting, Start Minimized. Have you checked to see if this is checked?

I have discussed this with my reseller and they are as stumped as I am. They think that it might have something to do with a pop-up feature in the server but when I asked the guys about it they were perplexed too. Also, I went to Library Master, but I don't see View unless it's the one you are talking about up on the menu bar and if that is the case then yes they have tried that.

I'm having the same issue as you.

Adding the user as a local administrator on the terminal server fixed the issue. (we can't use this as a permanent solution though)

There was another post on this; we had IT check to see if it was UAC on the server but that didn't do it.   Now we just have to see if it's related to rights on a particular file that's causing this.  Has anyone else started a case with Sage yet?

Pretty sure I had the same or similar issue. In v4.3 the launcher would launch minimized (as would other windows) in TS.

Near as I could tell the 4.4 upgrade we did eliminated the issue.

It ended up being a rights issue, we added the users into the local power users group and it fixed our issue.
