We have 4.4 installed and setup Paperless Office for Journals and Registers. There is one machine that gets an error when trying to print any register in MAS. All of our other workstations work fine. Has anybody out there encountered this and if so, what was the resolution?
Thanks.

The error appears when trying to print any register or journal in MAS. When we click Print on this one machine, we get two errors. One says "External Exception c105000f" and when I click to close I then get "The instruction at "0x7c90fea2" refrenced is out of memory at "0x04b1001c" the memory could not be read.
I also get the same error when I run the Test Converter through. I checked the Installation Log and I have no errors and it says the pdf converter is installed successfully.
HELP!

Try uninstalling MAS, rebooting the PC, then rerunning workstation setup.
There's something wrong with that PC though............
TBQH (to be quite honest) - it would probably be cheaper for them to buy a new PC than to spend hours working on fixing (which maybe because something is actually broke on the pc, ie, bad ram)

Check your installed printers.
There are reports of odd printing errors when you catalog of installed printers included printers that are no longer valid. Your situation potentially sounds similar.

Tom,
Thanks for your response. I deleted all the printers and re-installed the Sage PDF Converter. It still didn't work, but I did not get the original error. It gave me an error 41. I did notice that the printer is not licensed. All the other printers say they are licensed to Sage Software. This one says N/A. I clicked on the button next to that and it asks me for a Licensed To and an activation code. Is there any way to activate it manually???
