We are attempting to print labels to a thermal printer a Zebra (ZDesigner TLP 2824 Plus (ZPL)
Everytime we either preview or attempt to print the labels we are prompted with an error:
IMWFCA.rpt: Page header or footer longer than page.
I first thought this was caused by the report being setup as a mailing label but then even using a default form the same error occurs. Sage stated that they wouldn't assist with the issue because a thermal printer was being used so they referred me here. I am not sure how to resolve this issue. I can print to the thermal printer just fine when printing from crystal reports but once MAS attempts to print it, I get the error. I tried specifying "NO PRINTER" in the report itself but that didn't resolve the issue. I tried going into the SY_REPORTSETTING file but the report doesn't even show up DFDM.

What version of MAS?
After version 4.05 there were some issues with getting Thermal Printers to work with Mas.

No you don't set it up as "no printer" rather you have to explicitly set the printer when you go into Crystal. Then, use that same printer when you print the form out. Make sure in the properties your label size is set appropriately and also the size of the label in the Crystal label. I usually set margins to zero and that works well.
