I'm trying to rearrange the menus so everyone doesn't automatically go into the maintence screens which is the first choice.  Unfortunately, I run the SY_Menu_ui.pvc and nothing happens.

Has this been disabled on 4.5?  Can anyone else run this?

It works for me.  Are you sure you checked permissions on your role after your test upgrade?

I did.  I run a sysadmin with all permissions checked.  Everything is strange since our freak snowstorm and power outages.  I'll keep plugging along.

I did a completely new install onto another server.  The SY_Menu_UI won't run there either.  I click and nothing happens.

Reconfirmed all role maintenance and security is enabled.  Still cannot get it to run.

When I execute the file/run, there is nothing apparent that executes.  I just go straight back to the main screen.  I've tried creating a new user id and a couple different PC's, but that didn't do anything either.

Any ideas what I can check?

You verified that program exists?

Yes, I even "browsed" to it to select.  I tried the program from my 4.4ees and got the same non-result.  Most curious was that I couldn't get it to run on a completely new install on a separate stand-alone machine.  I'm starting to wonder if there were a couple of builds and I somehow got the lucky one.

I have another new out-of-the-box system.  I think I'll try it on that as the other standalone had previous versions loaded in the past.

I have the first service pack installed too (4.5.1.0), maybe try installing that?

I'm on 4.50.1.0 also. 

Does the *part still function?  That doesn't run either.
