We are a distributor shipping from multiple warehouses using starship link. A few weeks ago, we noticed that freight on certain shipments was not being written back to the MAS. This seems to happen intermittently - every batch from one of the warehouses has a few missing freight amounts. The tracking number is written back but the invoice shows no link to starship when you open it in sales order invoice data entry. Somehow, once the tracking number is written back, the link is broken. We cant figure out what is causing this. I have checked the orders in detail, it doesn't have anything to do with a specific customer, or any other field. Anyone have any ideas on this? Any help is appreciated.
