When ever I print reports from Sage MAS90 with the Crystal Reports plug in, the text on the left side of the page is cut off. Its like the program pushed the left side margin in an inch cutting off the text. This started recently, used to print fine. Tried re-installing dlls by running WKSetup.exe. This did not work. This only happens with print jobs from my workstation. Thinking about re-installing Sage and the Crystal Reports plug in. Tried playing with printer settings in Sage with no success. Any suggestions are appreciated.

It's only your computer?

Do you print to a different printer than everyone else?

If you print to a different printer,  does the problem occur there as well?

Did you get a new printer recently?  A new driver for the printer?

Any other changes recently?

I would bet on it being related to the margins in the report design relative to the printable area of the printer.  If the report is designed to have a 1/4 left margin  and the printer itself can not print within 3/8 of an inch of the edge of the paper, I suspect you would lose that extra 1/8 of an inch.

No changes have been made to my workstation around the time the problem started. It only happens with print jobs sent from my workstation to any printer in my office. Checked the Sage settings of my co-workers and they were the same, Will try rolling back driver to an earlier version to see if that helps.

So I rolled the driver back to HP LJ4200 PCL 5e, no success.
