After going through all the pre-installation checks (and passing), I received the message above followed by "The file CU Options cannot be opened" when attempting to convert the ABC Company to 4.3 SP19.
The Sage KB says to remove CRM; which is fine if CRM is there to remove. The folder is empty, as it is in all companies prior to the SP installation.
For those of you that have not gone thru this yet - rename the CUXXX in the MAS_XXX directory and re-run the conversion. Everything should be OK.
I thought I would throw this out there as I come here so often for help, and it seems I do not get the chance to give back very often. If this helps one person - I am a happy woman
