I have a user that is trying to print a check from MAS90. They get the following error message:
"Crystal error: Unable to get printer DEVMODE (err/ret=22/0) occurred on line 170 in Program SWCOCX."
The user is able to print other reports fine.
I had two different users try to print the check, and both got the same error.
I have also tried rebooting the server MAS90 is installed on.
We are running MAS90 4.1 in a Citrix environment on Server 2003 servers.

- Clear the 'No Printer' check box in the form or report.
- Open the form or report in Crystal Reports Designer.
- Select File / Printer Setup.
- Clear the 'No Printer' check box.
- Save the form or report

Thanks for the reply. I talked to SAGE support and they determined that it was a corrupted custom form. I restored the form from a backup and it seems to be working fine now.
