Yes, each time you upgrade all Crystal based reports need to be updated. There is a utility that is run that will do it for you.
You have to do this because the MAS level is written into a field and when you run the report it checks to see if the version you are running is the same as the version indicated, if it is not then it will attempt to upgrade that form or report. The update process changes that wording.
