User created / user updated fields in P/O header file

The user created and updated keys are not available in V/I when importing into the p/o header file.
Is this information not available in V/I?

They aren't available in any file. Are you trying to cover your tracks?

Apparently, the sales order user information was changed to the user that installed the upgrade/converted the data to 4.4 also. That seems a little strange.
I can see where the P/O files may revert to the user doing the upgrade, but the S/O files shouldn't change, should they?
