Hello, we currently receive customer billing files from our departments that have either two combinations (listed below) on the file that need to be imported into Sales Order Invoice Data Entry.
A) records with Customers that have items with Quantity only and/or
B) records with Customers that have items with a Quantity = 1 with a Fixed dollar Amount.
What I'd like to do (if possible) is to contain both elements in one VI job. I was hoping I could use the Select Tab in Import Job Maintenance to develop some type of conditional statement based on the PriceOveridden flag. I was thinking along the lines that if PriceOveridden flag = Y then I want the system to take the Quantity and multiply it by whatever Price Override I have stored in the system for that Customer. If PriceOveridden flag = N then I want to hard code the system to take fixed dollar amount as the Unit Price instead.
