In customer maint and vendor maint, the email envelope icon next to the email address field is not working. When clicked, nothing happens. This is only an issue for 1 user. Mas90 4.30.

Have you checked to see if its a security rights issue?
Does this issue still happen if the same user logs into MAS from a different PC?

Try re-running the workstation setup on the PC with the issue.

Re-ran wksetup and that didn't fix the issue. If we logon as a different user on the same pc the issue still exists. Looks like issue is just on this pc. It's a microsoft windows xp, 2002, service pack 3. Paperless office is installed but not setup.

Hate to ask, but does the workstation have an e-mail program?
How about Internet Explorer?
My help files say:
The e-mail application to launch is selected in Microsoft Internet Explorer. For more information, refer to the Internet Explorer Help system.
So maybe you need to check the settings in IE?
