"Bad Connection " Error During Invoice Entry

MAS 200, v4.2
We are getting "Bad Connection" prompt during invoice entry. More precisely this prompt appears when moving to Totals tab or when Accept button was clicked for the first time.
Clicking on "OK" button allows us to resume and clicking on Accept button again saves this invoice.
Any idea what this prompt is trying to tell me and how to get rid of it?

A wild guess off the top of my head would be a bad connection to the network or networking issues.
