Re: "Record " is missing from [path]\mas90\mas_system\SY_WORKSTATION.M4T" on MAS 200

Additonal information:

Similar errors can be caused by a variety of issues including network interuptions or other Master Developer modifications.

A common cause of this issue recurring on a regular basis, on versions PRIOR to 4.40 is Visual Integrator jobs that are started from a batch file or script.

For 4.30 a code correction has been included in servcie update 20 and higher.

Re: "Record " is missing from [path]\mas90\mas_system\SY_WORKSTATION.M4T" on MAS 200

We have a client who is on 4.3 with PU 20 and they are getting this error about twice a day now. They have been renaming the file everytime it happens and this will work for a little bit but then they get the error message and everything will just freeze. Are there any product updates or hot fixed for version 4.3 that would address this until they can upgrade?

The issue in this article is specific to 4.40.  Visual integrator jobs that are launched from a batch file in 4.30 MAS 200 can cause a similar issue so can MD modifications.
