shipping tracking link not working after migration to new server

We just completed a migration of MAS90 4.0.1 from SBS2003 to new hardware running SBS2008. Everything has gone smoothly with the exception of package tracking. (AR module, pick a customer, view an invoice, click on the tracking button in the header tab) Clicking on the tracking button opens a browser, but the URL appears to be malformed. It is in the format: http://services.bestsoftwareinc.com/64.88.171.202 where that trailing IP is apparently Best's (in Seattle, WA) but, after churning on that URL for a few seconds we are getting a warning in Firefox that the address will never resolve and may be cookie related (all machines are set to accept cookies). This may be a setting related to some of the new security features of SBS2008, or a setting that has been changed on our sonicwall firewall to accommodate the new server. However, with no idea of how this URL is supposed to be formed, or redirected we're a little in the dark. does anyone have any suggestions on where to look/what to adjust to re-enable the tracking feature? thanks.

This has nothing to do with the migration to the new server. This is down all around the country.

thanks. just a coincidence in timing. it was working minutes before we began the migration, and not working the day we get the new hardware online.

This re-direct goes to a Sage server that was affected by some disruptions in service on June 2. It should be functioning correctly now. Thanks.
