Time Tracking and Job Cost Modules

In Employee Maintenance, I click the Deductions icon and the Voluntary Deduction Maintenance window opens up.  Previously set up deductions shows in the lower part of the screen, but I cannot click or highlight any of the lines to bring to the upper part of the screen for changes.  This is also happening in the Direct Deposit window.  The last thing I did in payroll was to renumber an employee to a new department.  I am also the only user on our system having this problem.

Any suggestions?  I cannot find anything in Setup that has changed or in user security.

By any chance do you have 2 monitors, or a wide-screen monitor?  If 2 monitors, try moving the window to the left-hand screen.  If widescreen, click in the left half of the screen (move the window toward the left side if needed).  With the legacy modules, there's a problem with wide views.

If this isn't it, please post some additional details such as version #, operating system, etc. so the smart people can try to help.
