Installing IRD on Mas90 v4.3 SP 17 Error

I am trying to install remotely the IRD for a client.

 

Getting error PVXWIN32.DLL is in use

No one is in Mas90

I cannot install on the server as the IT person in not available

 

Knowledge base says Task Manager...End process on PVX.COM or something, but that process is not running on the

workstation I am on.  Any suggestions?

Is it possible someone is in MAS? 

 

Is this MAS200 and the service/application is running?

Checked twice - No one is in Mas.  Only Mas90 and only 2 users.

 

There is a tech doc just for this error in apply service packs to v4.3. 

 

Waiting for the IT guy so I can try and run it on the server.

I'd try having their IT guy reboot the server. Sounds like a file got locked up.
