New Hire Act - MAS 90 and 05 earnings code TIPS!

Working with a restaurant client to set up earnings codes not subject to employer FICA and hit   05 tips.

This is a preprogrammed code that can neither be deleted nor can  a mirror code be created because you can't select a type of Tips Reported!

Would assume that this is an oversight  or is there some way to get around this that some creative person has come up with?

Possibly have to be a manual correction on 941's and W2s.

Tom,

This was answered in another thread by Sagette located here: http://community.sagemas.com/t5/Time-Tracking-and-Job-Cost/2nd-Quarter-941-update-question-issue/td-....  Basically if the employee is subject to tips, this needs to either be manually calculated or you need to apply for a refund.  Thanks.
