I tried to register/update payroll today and have following error message.
Unable to Update Check Register
- A check date in a previous closed quarter has been found in check.
Can some one help me to resolve this problem?

You're trying to post a check date in the 1st qtr that was closed, which is not possible. What is your check date?

check date is 03/26/2010 to 04/02/2010

That must be your pay period. What check date printed on the actual checks?
