Our payroll is complete for 2011.  I am trying to print the W2’s though electronic reporting and it keeps freezing.  Is the system not ready to process W2’s yet?

Probably not!  The required year end changes from Sage probably won't be issued until mid December.

I agree that year end changes are not yet available, but it seems unlikely that that would cause it to freeze.

You are correct, the year end changes are not yet available. They will be posted on December 20, 2011.  But, Tom,  you are also correct that this is not likely to be the issue for the lock up.  I'd suggest a call to your channel partner or to customer support to try and resolve.
