What is the best way to reverse a benefit accrual? We have an employee that was paid an amount and benefits accrued but now we need to collect the money back and reverse the benefit accrual. Can it be done by doing a negative line in p/r entry? We tested and it appears that the dollars are of course reversed but there is no effect on the benefit accrual. Is it just a change to the employee record in employee maint? (mas90 4.30) Thanks.
