Should the W2 amounts match the perpetual history report?

If these amounts are not the same, what could have caused the two amounts to be different?

What fields are you comparing?

Take a look at the tax flags in earnings code set up.  Are they set properly?

I personally recommend that the 941's tie with the w-2's.
