Time Tracking and Job Cost Modules

I am just attempting to use the eFile "module" and we are trying to get a deduction code "CD" amounts from MAS  to print in Box 10 in the Aatrix software.  I don't see any way to map this.  I have inserted a new column, but cannot get the figures into the column by employee.  Aatrix support says that some of the deduction codes may appear, but not all.  Is there some mapping of which deduction codes from MAS will appear inside Aatrix's software?

One option is to get the deduction data into a spreadsheet so you can copy it, then paste it into a new column in the Aatrix W2 Preparer Grid.  Then at the top of the column in the Aatrix Grid, link it to the proper code.  Just make sure all the data lines up with the proper employee.

Dependent Care deductions need to be manually transferred into the Tax Summary screen (see attached).  Once the amounts are entered into that box, they will pull into the W2 grid automatically.    See Resolution ID: 408785 for more info.
