ARWFHA.rpt:Error in Formula <LastDocument>. "WhileReadingRecords;"The remaining text does not appear to be part of the formula.
The error message appears when Previewing AR Invoice form. Client states form worked until logo added last week; no other changes made to Server or workstations.
MAS200 v4.05 on Terminal Server - Windows 2003, SP2
Form works famously if TS is taken out of the mix.
New form created - using Sage/Best defaults; same results.
If Printer (PDF) is chosen instead of Preview, Error message reads: Crystal Print Error: Not enough memory for operation.
Nothing in kb to address. Currently waiting for call back from Support - but short staffed due to Summit! Client not happy.
All ideas welcomed! Thanks for taking the time to read.

They did something besides add logo. I suspect an incorrectly written supression formula.

But if they had done that, it would not work when we were logged on to the local Server (and it does work).
The only time we get this message is when we attempt to Preview (or print) the Form using the Terminal Server (via Remote Desktop login). All users who access the Server directly have no issue with the same Form........

You can also open this form in Crystal, on the Terminal Server, then preview. Crystal may give you a better error message than MAS.

I'd try rerunning workstation setup on the terminal server.
make sure to go into "install" mode first by type: change user /install
first
then: change user /execute
when you are done.

I think the key to this issue may be the comment:
"The only time we get this message is when we attempt to Preview (or print) the Form using the Terminal Server (via Remote Desktop login). All users who access the Server directly have no issue with the same Form"
I have noticed that when I remote desktop into my server that the base path is that of the PC I am using to remote in on. Therefore, the path and / or printers available are probably different than when accessing this directly at the server.

Here's the solution to our problem (as supplied by Sage Customer Support):
- Rename the ..\Windows\Crystal folder and run Workstation Setup again through a TS/Citrix session
Somehow one or more of the files in the .../Crystal folder became corrupted. It is a reported issue in v3.50, but this was v4.05......
Thanks to all who assisted.
