We recently upgraded to version 4.40, we have Sales Order forms with images on them that we want to print in color.  Each print job defaults to Black and White regardless of the printer settings.  If I go in and pull up the printer preferences before printing, then the print job comes out in color.  Any ideas is Mas or Crystal is causing this and how to correct it so the print defaults to color?

It is most likely a printer dirver issue or the way the printer is setup.  These issues are very difficult to troubleshoot, but in my experience, it has always come down to the printer driver or printer setup.

You can try to hardcode the Printer inside the Crystal form and see if that helps.

Assuming you're using Crystal 11 if you're running MAS 4.40, the Printer Setup screen actually isn't available like it was in Crystal 10.  Never realized that.  Therefore you can try this:  Open up your Form in Crystal 11, and go to File > Print.  From there you can access the Printer Preferences (for color, etc.).  Worth a shot I guess.  Sorry I can't be of more help.
