Managing Scheduled Maintenance Agreements

We're a construction/service business that has many Scheduled Maintenance agreements with our customers.  

 

I'm wondering if anyone is using MAS 200, or an integrated program to manage these types of agreements?

Welcome to the Sage Community. You neglected to mention what level of MAS you are at. There are a couple of third party add-ons that address this issue. Your best option is to contact your reseller and have them arrange a demo of each. Note that you will have to go through your reseller for demo and purchase.
