In my MAS 200 I get challenged for a “MAS 90 and MAS 200 Database Signon” when I run a Custom Report from any Module. If I enter my user name and password to MAS it runs the report just fine but I’d like to remove the step. I’ve checked the Knowledge base and found an article on uninstalling, removing all of the registry entries for SOTAMAS90 and reinstalling but this workstation is also the server and I do not want to risk breaking any ODBC connections with the other workstations. Any ideas?

Welcome to the Sage Community. What did your reseller say when they came up?
I have seen this happen when the person installing did not have the correct permissions and as a result the correct entries to the system registery were not recorded. Try to uninstall the work station and then sign in as the admin, run work station setup and while stilll logged in as admin run MAS and a Crystal report. If it runs o.k. then log out and reboot and log back in as normal user.

This could also happen if you have "Dynamic" specified for "List of Values" in the parameter setup. "Dynamic" is not supported on the menus.

Is this a new install? Is it happening at the other workstations or just at the server?

Thanks for helping guys, but I found it.
Starting with Crystal 11 which is the version of crystal reports that is good for 4.40 version of MAS there is a new feature to have dynamic parameter , when defining parameters in crystal report.
Dynamic prompts let you populate the lists of values associated with a prompt from a data source outside of your report. (Static lists of values that are stored in your report are also available in Crystal Reports.)
